Celebrating New Year in this hotel was nice because it had a large swimming pool and a bar with good music for the party. The staff was friendly and helpful with directions to the nearby beach and restaurants. The room was clean, spacious, and had a nice view of the city lights.
The Wi-Fi was weak and worked only in certain areas of the hotel. Warm water was not available at night and the shower pressure was low.

The hotel is conveniently located near a grocery store and famous restaurants. Breakfast had a good variety and the staff were friendly, responsive, accommodating and did an excellent job. The rooms were modern, spacious and cleaned meticulously.

The overall facilities of the hotel could improve, and there were issues with hot water and air conditioning.

The rooms were quite comfortable and clean, and the breakfast had a good variety of food to choose from. the location of the hotel was also great, with many restaurants and shops nearby. Plus, the swimming pool was a nice feature to have on a hot day.
The staff's English was very basic and made communication difficult at times. there were issues with the facilities, including a pool that seemed to be poorly maintained and some insects in the room.
